For the best charging results, here are IONNA's recommendations...

1. Begin all charging sessions with your car in 'Accessory Mode' (Press the Stop/Start without depressing the brake)
2. If you experience an initially successful charge followed by an unexpected error, try the age old trick. Turn the car off, then back in Accessory Mode, and initiate a brand new charging session
3. If you continue to experience issues, please call IONNA Customer Service for additional assistance

You can use the following apps to pay for charging at your local IONNA Rechargery: ChargePoint, MB.CHARGE Public, MyBMW, myCadillac, myChevrolet, myGMC, Stellantis Free2Move Charge, FordPass.

Yes, IONNA Rechargery locations love to charge Tesla's too and have both NACS and CCS charging bays. However, Tesla models before 2020 may require a Tesla upgrade to be able to charge. Please check your Tesla Owners Manual for details on third-party charging.

Yes! Rechargeries will charge all EVs, including vehicles that do not come from our founding automaker brands. The more the merrier!

Every rechargery will offer both CCS & NACS connectors. We also support the use of official adapters purchased from your vehicle brand.
