As Labor Day weekend approaches and the smell of sunscreen slowly gives way to campfires and crisp air, we’re looking back on this special season. It’s officially a wrap on our very first real summer as IONNA.
This season marked a major milestone: our first full summer in operation. We’ve been charging up road trips, pit stops, and everything in between. Whether you were beach-bound, mountain-hopping, or just grabbing coffee on your way through town, we’re honored to have been part of your journey.

Experiencing the IONNA Rechargery Market

Step 1: Introduce Yourself!
Let us know who's shopping with us by presenting your preferred method of payment. A temporary hold of $10 will be applied to your card.
The IONNA Rechargery Market accepts all major credit cards and mobile wallets by using the left hand card reader. For even easier recognition, sign up for Amazon One and use the right hand scanner to recognize your unique palm signature.
Either way, listen for the chime and head on in!
Step 2: Shop 'till you Drop!
You couldn't possibly miss them, but our many cameras are keeping track of what you pick up, and put back, to ensure an accurate record keeping of your purchases.
So feel free to grab everything you need (or even just want) from our fully stocked shelves. But if you change your mind, be sure to put the item back in its original place.
Step 3: Just Walk Out!
That's it! No lines, no waiting. Your method of payment will automatically be charged for the items that leave with you.
Need a receipt? No worries!
You will need a Transaction ID, found in the statement by your credit or debit card provider

Input the date of your shopping trip and the 7 or 9 digit number to lookup your itemized receipt

To make things even clearer, here’s what you can expect: our stations feature a range of chargers, including CSS and NACS plugs that deliver speeds up to 400 kWh. At 11.5 ft these surprisingly lightweight cables provide easy access to any corner of your car with the help of a top mounted articulating cable support arm. Whether you’re topping up or filling up, we’re ready for you.
Staying Ahead with Updates & Amenities
Technology changes fast, but we’re faster. Our stations are constantly updated with the latest firmware and software to keep up with your EV’s evolving needs. Accessibility is a top priority too—we’ve designed our stations to be welcoming to everyone. And while you charge, take advantage of nearby perks like clean restrooms, Wi-Fi, or a quick snack break with somewhere to sit. After all, your EV isn’t the only one that deserves a recharge.
Tesla Drivers, We’ve Got You Covered (Mostly)
We love seeing Tesla drivers pull up to our stations, and we’re proud to welcome you to the family. However, if your Tesla is from before 2020, it may not support the CCS protocol required to charge. A quick hardware upgrade from Tesla might be needed—or you can check their site for more details to check compatibility: Tesla's Third-Party Charging info.
