Does IONNA show up in my vehicles navigation system?
You can route to your closest IONNA station in BMW, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Porsche, Stellantis and Toyota EVs.
Will Plug & Charge work at IONNA Rechargeries?
BMW, General Motors, Hyundai and Mercedes-Benz drivers can now use Plug & Charge! Be sure to check back regularly as we add capabilities for other partners.
Can I charge my Tesla at an IONNA Recharger location?
Yes, IONNA Rechargery locations love to charge Tesla's too and have both NACS and CCS charging bays. However, Tesla models before 2020 may require a Tesla upgrade to be able to charge. Please check your Tesla Owners Manual for details on third-party charging.
How can I pay for charging?
You can always pay for charging with a credit card (tap, swipe, or insert), Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Can I use my vehicles mobile app to pay?
You can use the following apps to pay for charging at your local IONNA Rechargery: ChargePoint, MB.CHARGE Public, MyBMW, myCadillac, myChevrolet, myGMC, Stellantis Free2Move Charge, FordPass. Check back often as more apps are added as payment options.
What charging apps work at an IONNA Rechargery?
You can use the following apps to start a remote charging session at your local IONNA Rechargery: ChargePoint, MB.CHARGE Public, MyBMW, myCadillac, myChevrolet, myGMC, Stellantis Free2Move Charge, FordPass. Check back often as more apps are added as payment options.
Are the IONNA Rechargeries open to everyone?
Yes! IONNA charges all EVs, including vehicles that do not come from our founding automaker brands. The more the merrier!
What connectors will you find at a Rechargery?
Every Rechargery will offer both CCS & NACS connectors. We also support the use of adapters purchased from your dealer.
Can I make a reservation for a charger?
Not at launch, but working on it!
